Meal #5 Tuna w/hot sauce w/almonds/ w/mixed vegetables w/ plums
Meal #6 Protein shake w/almonds w/ orange
Meal #7 Dinner

Good stuff my man. I get a kick out of reading about your dieting, and it actually gives me inspiration for my own. I'd like to think I'm on the right track:

Meal 2: Banana, nature valley granola bar
Meal 3: Tuna sandw., pretzels, applesauce, clementine, string cheese, beef jerky, carrots
Meal 4: Fruit-blend shake (strawberries, blue berries, banana, 0g fat vanilla yogurt, 1% milk, ice
Meal 5: Chicken noodle soup (cause I'm getting sick), additional chicken breast, salad
Meal 6: Protein Shake
clementine...damn brock...get rid of the pretzels...troy got me to switch to natural pb..fruit blend shake looks great (watch out for high fructose corn syrup in the yogurt tho) chicken noodle soup to much sodium?? but looks like you are on the right track brother
